In order to ensure coherence, trust and quality among participating agencies, you can use this list of minimum requirements developped for the Lebanon vehicle sharing project.
Coming up with those requirements has been a collaborative exercise amongs initial participating agencies, and is now used as a standard for new agencies willing to join the project and sharing their vehicles.
